The battle between law enforcement (or government encroachment) and digital privacy is starting in earnest. Governments better not push it too hard because if enough people dare to go underground - System-D economy, use of cloaked untraceable currency (Monero, Dark Coin, Byteball black bytes, etc) - their grip would be lost. And there is or should be no reason for people to go underground.

As always, a balance of forces must be maintained.
