Hello, we have already had a temporary solution for that issue. The most of scam/spam assets have been automatically placed in the Spam filter (Hidden folder will be renamed to Spam) after the last Beta Client update (Waves Client 1.0.0-beta.38)

All rules and guides concerning pull requests, process of adding assets are available within warning windows while creating an asset. Burning feature will appear in the nearest future.
