3 undervalued altcoins for HODLING

Let's cut right to the chase and present my top 3 of altcoins which I believe are currently undervalued:
1. PowerLedger - POWR
- The Short: buying and selling electricity on the blockchain, from solar panels to electric cars and other solutions

My personal top pick (and the only one I am holding - at this moment), very confident about this one.
2. Modum - MOD
- The Short: quality control for goods (pharma first) in transit
- The Long read it on https://modum.io/system/ *
According to their news section, they already have solutions and are getting ready for the start of mass production (of their sensors). So this might be the one that will start rising in value the quickest.
3. Quantstamp - QSP
- The Short: auditing smart contracts*
- The Long: read it on https://quantstamp.com/*
When I research cryptocurrencies, I look at a number of things. All of 3 projects above have all or most of these characteristics:
- does it solve a practical, well-defined problem
- how much room is there for the currency to grow
- do they post regular updates on their website, news page, blog
- do they have a good whitepaper
- do they have a clear roadmap with milestones in 2018 and 2019
- do they have an educated and experienced team (brownie points if they are hiring)
- do they have good backing, financially or otherwise?
- what about the competition? Are they a first mover and how far are they ahead with their implementation?
