When trying to compare crypto trading to something, I found the best analogy to be sex.

 This isn't dirty, but a clean and healthy look at how sex and crypto trading are very similar.

The Investment

When you start investing your time in a person you want to eventually enjoy the physical act of lovemaking with, it is like picking a crypto to invest in. Don't go for the ones that everyone is buying into, go for the ones that have been dropped down and have had a rough road lately. They will be more profitable in the long run and more loyal. When you invest in a coin that is "hot" it will likely leave you high and dry until it drags you down to rock bottom. 

The Pullout

If you are in the game long-term you don't have to worry about when to pull out of a coin just before it peaks. If you're trading, you have to pull out before the climax to assure your profits. If you pull out after the climax then you could really be in trouble and it could drag you down.

Control Your Emotions

When things don't work out with a partner after sex, then just let it go. Don't dwell on it or hang onto something knowing it is going to keep dragging you down. Get out and wait for a chance to buy back in after she's been dumped by everyone else. It's all about timing and controlling your emotions.
