According to the report from Plankettresearch: the Estimated Size of the Entire Sports Industry in the U.S. was $496.1 billion USD. And from the record provided by Faxport team, the entire global sports industry is now estimated to reach $2000 billion USD.

Even the giant Financial, tax and audit consultant Delloite released a report mentioning "Blockchain's capabilities offer potential emerging solutions to challenges the industry is striving to improve". So the market is valid.

The problem

In the same report, Deloitte also pointed out that "The road to professional sports is changing as federal investigations shed light on the business, and corruption, of college sports" and true that problem exists. Specifically:

• Investors in sports ecosystem have encountered problems such as bilateral trust, irrationally expensive intermediate costs for supply search, and low level of industrial informatization.
• Sports businesses struggle to survive due to the financial shortage while they can not mobilize any capital from anywhere.

My thought

I first when looking at their landing page I thought they were dishonest people trying to mislead people with the image of the world-famous legendary football player Roberto Carlos - one of my childhood heroes. It turns out Carlos is actually their Global Promotion Ambassador, which makes me feel guilty and love this project at the same time.
Love this project not only because of my childhood idol but also due to his drawing of attraction that Faxport can have when having him as the star partner. He would provide them with professional advice, connections, and attention that one sports business service provider can have in the industry, for example, more and more retired players like him would join this team thanks to the benefits it offers. In other words, this project has a practically potential once implemented as they've planed in the roadmap.
