Wow it has been a week since my first post coming back on steemit, and thankfully I have maintained it woohoo! I think I never missed to post at least once everyday. Well another week has went by and it's time once again for the Weekly Cryptocurrency HODL! So once again let us start!

It has been a good week for cryptocurrency as the total market cap increased by $108 billion since the last edition. Bitcoin now at $8k+ and ETH now back at $500+ , at least for now the prices have risen.

What is Cryptocurrency HODL?

It is a fantasy style of holding cryptocurrencies per edition I have an imaginary $100 to invest in my choice of crypto. The main goal of this is to see if investing in crypto is profitable in the long term. We buy the crypto with no trend analysis, we buy in maybe on a dip, or when it is at its All Time High.

Look at that the past week has been good as our profit went up by $500 not bad for a week of HODL. Now let us proceed now to the recap.

Looking at the stats the profit went up by more or less $500, that is quite good, there are still coins which was bought at super high prices that keep their value almost at $0. There are 9 coins/investments which are in the red.

Let us the recap the top 3 coins we have the same top 3 right now as we did at last week's edition, Cardano is still the top one, followed by VeChain then Stellar, they have profits at $393, $162, and $148 respectively. Our last weeks investment in ETH have given a nice profit of $22.

Now on the bottom 3 coins are still the same with ZCL, NANO, and DENT at the bottom of of our portfolio and lost huge amounts from the initial investments.

That rounds up the recap for this week. Let us now invest our imaginary $100.

Spending Breakdown

For this week I will be going all in on Verge (XVG) with the recent partnership news, I think it would be great to invest on it, as I think it will not stop there.
