Owning a masternode will be the name of the game in 2018. Could XIOS/XUEZ be a potential winner?
Up until a while ago everyone was basically talking about mining but mining is actually so outdated... Not saying you shouldn't mine at all anymore (if you have a system running and doing nothing, why not have it mine something), but investment wise it might be better to look at staking and owning a masternode.
Owning a masternode will be the name of the game in 2018 as Proof Of Stake with masternodes will overtake Proof Of Work concepts. Won't go into detail about masternodes but what it basically means is that it is the best and most efficient way to help a specific cryptocurrency network by having your node holding a certain amount of coins which you get rewarded for. Overtime, if the currency price rises, these rewards can become pretty valuable and it will serve as passive income.
I recently setup a XIOS masternode
Why? Because it wasn't really expensive to set one up! It wasn't the only reason but as a first masternode I decided to go with it because the coin specifications seemed quite decent as well. Nothing really in particular as of right now but it's a decent payment coin which you can pay really fast with and there will only be 21 million of them, just like Bitcoin, which sold me on the deal.
So I set this XIOS masternode up, it only needed 1000 coins and I configured the wallet to start running as a masternode and I have been receiving consistent rewards ever since. As a bonus, XIOS doubled in value short after so basically the ROI has already been achieved after two weeks and new money keeps coming in. The thing you would hope for is that the coin will rise exponentially so that the rewards will become really valuable.
Taking a deeper look at XIOS - Rebrand to XUEZ
What I found out after buying those 1000 coins and trying to setup the masternode is that there some problems within the project. I was afraid the project was sort of abandoned but after joining their Discord I found out that the new team are working real hard and real professional to rebrand XIOS into XUEZ to give it a fresh start for 2018. New plans, new fixes, a good community, perhaps new tech... the rebrand will do the project good and people are really invested and interested to seeing the new XUEZ take off. What's curious is that the coin is already worth more than €0,50 a piece. Imagine what could happen after the rebrand to XUEZ and if it get's added to new bigger exchanges and more people starting to support the cause....

One of these masternodes are still at a very decent entry price level. If you happen to have some free time, make sure to look into XIOS, the rebrand plans to XUEZ and the masternode statistics of that current moment. Momentum in the crypto sphere is everything and if this one will take of... it will be soon.
The rebrand is set to occur on the 31st of December or the 1st of January ;)
