Poloniex has disable the trollbox
Today Poloniex has disable the trollbox in order for moderators to assist in support. Alot of people have complained about the performance of Poloniex such as not being able to withdraw there coins, missing coins, coins not being deposited into there wallets and so on. There also have been so many complains about the system lagging so people are not able to enter or exit the market when they want to. Hopefully Poloniex will address all these issues and have these issues solved as soon as possible. There is no time-frame when the trollbox will be available.

Poloniex actually shut down their trollbox because of suicidal users. Check the history logs.
