Thanks for the clear summary. Litecoin looks incredibly strong at the moment, but I suppose it's going to be another case of buy the rumor sell the news. The anticipation for Litepay bump to prices higher, only to come down when it effectively launches.
Also, a hacker who's returning funds? Never heard of that. I would be very suspicious of the people behind that ICO to be honest... Just my two cents.
