We shall see what it means for the market, obviously there's plenty of speculation about this move. There are multiple stablecoins that have not only been listed on new exchanges in the past week, but are enjoying jumps in value while tether is below $1 too.
Yes, its back to 98.5 now but its a blow in confidence for sure.
