A lot of people in China haven't even learned yet that their exchanges are officially closing, so I think we got a long ways down until September 30 2017, the day they officially close... so please do keep that in mind.
decentralized exchanges for the win... nobody (at least theoretically) will be able to shut them down! Bitshares + Openledger would be the place to go :)
