Upcoming these days are cryptocurrency games. Some promise tokens, others are built as Dapp. But what are the best crypto games?

So unlike most people, I actually tried to play said games. My experience was pretty shocking. Most games were either thinly veiled Ponzi schemes or investment games. In my opinion, a Ponzi scheme is not a game, and shouldn't be treated as such.  I went back to search for actually fun games that integrate cryptocurrency. 

My requirements were that the games were free, can be played on a pc or phone without external wallets, and actually require skill to earn cryptocurrency.
After a long, long search I actually found some games that are really fun to play!

NanoQuake

The best game, albeit not a new game was NanoQuake.


NanoQuake is a Quake clone that integrates cryptocurrency into the game. Just start up the game, make a couple kills and the game will distribute free Nano to your wallet. Transfers are fast and instant which means you don't have to wait hours on end to actually get your coins.
Since Quake was a fun game already, I had the most fun with this game on the list. The older people under us will also enjoy the nostalgia, and the fact they can use skills they learned in the past to whoop some youngster butts.

An online RPG that rewards you in cryptocurrency for killing other players



Ever played those old 2D RPGs? This game has great retro graphics and fun gameplay.
You can pick a starter (zombie, skeleton, wizard and such) and can start playing. The goal in this game is to kill as many bots or players as possible. The more bots and players you kill, the better loot you can get.
The game has a massive game map that you can explore, and tons of different loot. The game plays in your web browser. The rewards are also instantly deposited to your wallet the moment you press the withdrawal button, and there is no minimum withdrawal limit.

Build a mining farm and get paid in cryptocurrency.

CryptoIdleMiner is an idle game. Idle games are games in which you passively build a score and try to improve it by buying upgrades. In this game, you get a mining farm, and these virtual miners mine fake cryptocurrency. With that fake cryptocurrency, you can buy upgrades for your miners in the game. The more upgrades, the faster they mine cryptocurrency. When you are busy with the game your score will slowly go up depending on how many miners you unlock. After a certain stage (level 3) you get a place on the scoreboard and start getting free cryptocurrency. CryptoIdleMiner pays in HORA tokens. HORA tokens can be withdrawn after distribution every Sunday evening.
