INTRODUCTION

The world has now become a global village ever since the invention of the internet because with the help of the internet information can be shared all over the world in the shortest time possible. The internet serves several functions aside connecting the world together. Through the internet we now have platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Medium, Youtube, Twitch, Netflix etc. which not only links people across the world but also serves as platforms for the advertisement of companies and their business offers. However, there are platforms like Netflix, Facebook live, Youtube, Periscope etc. are platforms that have been designed for streaming purposes for various functions. Some of the functions that streamers do on these platforms is to promote upcoming events, advertise products and companies etc.

These streaming platforms have now become channels of information and knowledge as many people share their creative and innovative content on the platforms for others to also have access to it. However, existing streaming platforms don’t have all the necessary tools to that will make streaming and all its related activities such as rewarding streamers for their creative content easy. There are strict and inflexible payment systems on some platforms that prevents streamers from withdrawing before they are able to accumulate above specific amount. Others also use the longevity to initiate payment to streamers in the sense that streamers can only start cashing out after their account has been active over a period of months.
