Steem price rising between 25-40% should be expected after the hard fork. Why? HF get attention from investors and crypto traders just because tags, news and mentions on the web. Steem tokens and tribes are indeed reinforcing this moment and the price will be sustained for at least a week. Then it will drop lets say between 12-20% during 2 days. Thats my prediction.
