What will this mean in terms of bitfinex? If tether will go down.. and I have some crypto at bitfinex I will lose it all?!

Also I’m starting to think it will be best if they do turn out to be a scam and we will have hard times but it list after that there will be no huge scams anymore and the crypto world will have the opportunity to get the trust and security we need. If that makes any sense at all....
