Bitcoin SURGE and Altcoins remain low. Here's what you need to do.

Everytime you see Bitcoin is Up and Altcoins are not following, that's a best opportunity to buy some altcoins with BTC. So when it's time for altcoins to rise, you may sell your alts for BTC. The purpose is to increase your amount of BTC.

Bitcoin hits 8k today, I may load a little bit of BTC to buy altcoins. After that we shall wait and see the situation when bitcoin breaks 10k.

I am a NEO hodler, so will definitely buy some more NEO.
Personally , i think EOS, ETH, ADA, ONT and OMG are good buy too.
