DelegateCall is first Q&A website completely on the blockchain.

Here you can get rewards in the form of Ethereum tokens for posting and answering questions, the same way the well-known Stack Overflow website works.

for each question that you answer, your answer will get upvotes, and you will earn karma, similar to the system used on Reddit, with a little difference, here you can redeem your karma for tradable ERC20 Ethereum tokens.

In order to avoid network congestion like in the case of CryptoKitties, DelegateCall uses new innovative Loom Network DAppChain - a standalone blockchain bonded to the Ethereum smart contract.
