Based on the above issue, a team of experts led by Marat Yerken (CEO) came together with the idea of building the world’s first decentralized digital healthcare platform to perform blood tests so as to evaluate its health with machine learning opportunities and blockchain technologies. Weight loss according to leading weight-loss researchers from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health appears to be highly personalized rather than diets trendy all over the internet. The recipes made for each participant was created combining recommended food items and they are what participants got used to eating. Most times when dieters try to lose weight using harsh dieting and intensive exercise, they get stressed and end up eating more thereby gaining more weight.

VINND WORKING PRINCIPLES

Firstly one places an order for portable express blood test kit and performs his or her test at home.
Results from the test are entered into Vinnd mobile/web app and Vinnd Intelligent Database evaluates the results.
Personal diet pattern including recipes combining recommended food items are then gotten.
