I have a special needs child and yes they can be beneficial to children with special needs. But if a child doesn't have true special needs the parents need to make sure they stay at home, because kids who don't need them to help them stay focused and or calm are distracting and causing problems with them. If your kid wants to perform tricks they can wait till they are at home. IMO
