ICOs... so many are so fake. Unless they have a solid smart contract in place, why even risk it? Just invest in the biggest ICO: Bitcoin.

I agree completely, tbit. If there's an ICO or particular altcoin whose design philosophy you want to support, then have at it! But Bitcoin is the "gold standard" of cryptocurrencies for good reason.
Reason #1: The Bitcoin blockchain has never had to be rolled back to account for fraud (I'm lookin' at you, DAO/Ethereum)...
