Bancor, Another Victim Of Hackers & The Importance Of Security!
And there it is, another hack within the cryptosphere. This time it has hit Bancor, the decentralized cryptocurrency platform that apparently lost more than $12 million in Ethereum.
Those hacks simply outline the huge importance once again on security aspects within the cryptosphere. There's nothing more important than keeping your funds safe, so make sure you own your private keys and don't hodl more money on centralized exchanges than you're willing to loose. One hack and it could all be gone...
Luckily it seems like no user funds have been compromised in the bancor incident or at least that's what one can read e.g. in the news on cointelegraph. Let's hope it's true and no one has to suffer any further losses here.
