"Investment" is spelled incorrectly in the title; otherwise, I love it!
And it is absolutely true. College is nowhere near as good an investment as it was in 1980. Most people are better off self-educating, at least if they are self-disciplined enough to do so.

The cost of university tuition fees is so high nowadays until the youngster can't afford to buy home and car.
I disagree, you can still work your ass off and make it happen. It's just not easy and most youngsters would like easy.
