I could tell you a really long story, but if you want to know the details of WHY everything is down except Wings, check out their Telegram and see what they're talking about, read their whitepaper and check out their beta version at testnet.wings.ai. You could see the alpha version at wings.ai, but you'd have to be really patient (however there ARE active forcasts at the moment$$$$$$$$$). Also I blogged in more detail about Wings on my profile.
