Korea bans Crypocurrency trading for Minors and Forigners

A friend of mine in South Korea called me this morning to talk to me about how they are banning foreigners and minors from trading cryprocurrency. He's over there as a teacher. I can understand banning minors, that 's commonplace for financials but banning foreigners isn't cool. Especially ones there to teach your youth.

I don't think this is too big of a deal. It could have been worse. If anything, this is a government giving a seal of approval.
