What are your thoughts about this @smidge-tv? I know the Canadian house market has been in a pretty big bubble, especially in the province of Alberta. In Nova Scotia it is not a bubble at all. Very reasonable land and house prices here.
Its very hard to predict , but it is becoming more obvious that something big is happening globally . How bad will it get and what areas will be hit the most ? I think that rural and less fancy areas will be just fine , people in the big cities better prepare for what is coming ....
