Cryptocurrency... The Ultimate Control?

The following was written by someone on a Yahoo group and although I have a little familiarity with cryptocurrency(CC) I do not know all of the intricacies of them.

Is what this person posted possible or likely?

Is there enough decentralization to keep this from happening in any of the CC's?

"People are being acclimated to using these fake computer currencies, and BlockChain will be the ultimate "currency" for a tyrant. After getting people brain-washed about such currencies with the fakes, this "Grand-daddy" final currency of all kryptonite currencies will be forced on us. Each "dollar" of that currency will constantly communicate with the "Mother-ship", the giant computer than operates the whole system. The operators of that system will be able to track in real time where every "dollar" of this kryptonite currency goes, thus the system will have complete control of an economy. What happens when there is an alleged computer crash and suddenly you lose all of your kryptonite "dollars" that you have in your bank account? What will really be happening is the liquidation of the assets of "rebels."
There must be some new mental disease circulating: it causes a brain disorder whereby you believe that fake is real."

Just a question I've been thinking about. Any thoughts, sources for further information would be appreciated.
