I see that you are new here so I should give you some advices. Engage with community - on Steemit you get rewards not only for posting, but also for upvoting others (curating) and commenting (when someone upvote your comment). Do not spam - when you spam some people may flag your post. It will decrease your ranking. Create original content - there are ots that detects when you copy-paste an article from Internet. You are getting bad reputation doing this.
