Have you heard the Amazon mechanical turk or AMT program ? I certainly think if you were around Internet for sometime. You have clearly heard about Amazon mechanical turk. Its a market where busy people get done their micro tasks for low budget and efficient manner. There are job posters who post their jobs and there are mechanical turks who do these jobs and earn money. This is some serious work we are talking about like "Microsoft excel data filtering" , "Writing a blog post about a product" so on and so forth.

The "GEMS - Deserialized mechanical turk" work exactly like that . except you getting paid with crypto currency instead of dollars. which is pretty cool because the more the transaction more the value of currency in dollars.

Apart from that the advisors for GEMS are big guns including twitter co-founder.
