Our KYC procedure

Dear Sharpay token holders!

We have already started our KYC procedure, and we have a lot of questions about it. We would like to clarify some points about our KYC procedure:

The KYC aims to protect Sharpay Inc. from money laundering and financing of terrorism risks.

1. For Bounty Hunters, your Bounty rewards will be credited into your account on https://app.sharpay.io/. There is NO KYC for tokens earned on https://app.sharpay.io/ and you DO NOT need to do KYC.

2. All Sharpay token holders on https://sale.sharpay.io/ (including tokens earned from Referral Program) need to complete the KYC.

To complete the KYC, please go to your personal account on https://sale.sharpay.io/ (ONLY on this site!).

🔸 If you have 150,000 or more Sharpay Tokens (Full KYC):

You will need to complete a FULL KYC with supporting documents. You will see a KYC section next to your account balance (https://sale.sharpay.io/cabinet/home) and you can click “Start” to begin. You will need to upload the following documents: “Proof of identity”, “Selfie with the proof” and “Proof of address”.

🔹 Full KYC Result: Once you have submitted all the required documents (for Full KYC) and fields, and they were reviewed by the system with no problems, your KYC will be considered passed. The verification process usually takes a few minutes, but it may take up to 24 hours. The result of Full KYC will be sent to your personal email, you can also check it on your account (https://sale.sharpay.io/cabinet/home).

🔸 If you have less than 150,000 Sharpay Tokens (Simple KYC):

There will be no KYC button for you and you will need to complete a SIMPLE KYC, please go to your “Profile” section (https://sale.sharpay.io/cabinet/profile) and fill in all the required fields: “Full name”, “Phone”, “Age” and “Country”.

🔹 Simple KYC Result: As long as you have filled in all the required fields, it would be okay. We will notify users directly if there is any problem, otherwise it will be considered passed.

❗️ In some cases, we will require some buyers who are considered to be suspicious by our system to complete the FULL KYC even they have smaller balances, but we will not disclose the criteria and the standards.

❗️ We do not store your personal data. All the personal data is processed and stored by our partner, Sum And Substance Ltd (http://sumsub.com), in accordance with the requirements of regulators from different countries.
