RE: Leaked information from the meeting with Vitalik - Taiwanese banking system will run on OmiseGo?!

in #cryptocurrency7 years ago

Thank you for posting your thoughts on Omisego!

I just wanted to provide a slight correction/clarification in regards to point 2:

Vitalik, along with the omisego team, have been in talks with Thailand's Ministry of Finance [Not Taiwan aka ROC]>

I am really glad to see more news about OmiseGo since it is getting a good amount of attention here in Thailand [Oh, how I wished to have gotten a position back in early August...]. Omise [Omisego's parent company] is an established enterprise here that deals specifically with payments gateways, and omg is their next step towards expanding. In particular, the issue they are focusing on solving is to do with money flow and migrant workers in SE Asia, who tend not to use the traditional banking system.

I missed that one :(

Not a problem at all! The news you provided is still very relevant :D

Fix your article, Vitalik already said it's Thailand not Taiwan, you need to correct it, edit it, be responsible, why are you still leaving it as Taiwan.
