It is really sad to know that you had to go through these difficulties ..What I do is,im keeping a seperate notebook with me in which I have manually written all the keys and passwords..It takes some time because the keys are very difficult and lengthy..But I feel this method is much safer than keeping it in digital format..And also I'm following the methods you have pointed out here.
