its not necessary that the bulls rally will be higher if market goes too low. market can set a new range to operate. my personal opinion is that in december we went too high too quickly and it had to come back. now if you remove december and january from your charts you will find a much realistic picture. at some point the market will get stable, it could be $200 bil market cap or $100 bil but there will be 6 months time period when we will stay in a specific range which will identify a true range. from there we should rise slowly and steadily for 6-8 months. simple rule the quicker you go up, the harder you fall.
