After Bappebti informs the news that fresh air on some cryptocurrency investors. .the study that until now is done by Bappebti together with the Univeristy of Indonesia (UI) has begun to pursue, they can manage the trading of crypto bitcoin (cryptocurrency) into commodity products and not to violate the Law on Futures Trading. although it still needs to be revised again, but Bappebti remains confident that it will soon launch the provision that the near future of Bitcoin trade into a commodity. bitcoin can be traded like gold trading, but still can not be used as a means of payment.
Crypto currency is considered necessary to set up to provide protection to the customer. in the event of fraudulent customer may report the matter to the supervisory agency. In the matter of taxation, this arrangement will make it more transparent. The most necessary, with the supervision of bitcoin can avoid money laundering in the country. especially considering the value of bitcoin transactions in Indonesia that has reached Rp 1 trillion in one day.
Currently Bappebti is still formulating more details of some provisions related to the preparation of trade, bitcoin providers as well as storage place .

Sesudah Bappebti menginformasikan berita yang berikan angin fresh pada beberapa investor cryptocurrency. Kajian yang sampai kini dikerjakan oleh Bappebti bersama Kampus Indonesia (UI) sudah mulai mengurucut, mereka dapat mengatur perdagangan mata uang kripto bitcoin (cryptocurrency) jadi product komoditas serta tidak menyalahi Undang-Undang mengenai Perdagangan Berjangka. Meskipun masih tetap butuh direvisi kembali, namun Bappebti tetaplah yakin akan segera melaunching ketentuan itu kurun waktu dekat mengenai perdagangan Bitcoin jadi satu komoditas. Bitcoin dapat diperjualbelikan layaknya seperti perdagangan emas, namun masih tetap tidak dapat dipakai jadi alat pembayaran. Mata uang kripto memanglah dianggap butuh ditata untuk memberi pelindungan pada customer. Saat berlangsung penipuan customer dapat memberikan laporan hal tersebut ke instansi pengawas. Dalam soal pajak, penyusunan ini akan buat makin transparan. Yang paling perlu, dengan pengawasan bitcoin dapat menghindar pencucian uang di tanah air. Terlebih mengingat nilai transaksi bitcoin di Indonesia yang sudah menjangkau Rp 1 triliun dalam satu hari. Sekarang ini Bappebti masih tetap merumuskan lebih detil sebagian ketentuan terkait penyusunan perdagangan, penyedia bitcoin termasuk juga tempat penyimpanannya.
