So many parties are involved in this now we can't say anything for sure...
I don't believe this will matter in 5 years. But that's just my gut feeling.

Cryptocurrencies are volatile though, a minute it is worth nothing and next minut it is breaking through the roof. XRP is 3rd largest currency by market capital. It is not going to just vanish someday...! Everything will be alright.
