Elon Musk Begins Accepting Crypto Payments

Musk is reportedly accepting BTC, ETH, Bitcoin Cash, and Litecoin at The Boring Company. Those are the four leading coins by market cap.

I'm not surprised, Elon has expressed interest in cryptocurrency before and said, "I want Ethereum, even if it is a scam."

The question is, why now? Is Elon portending a bull market? Or does he believe in the technology enough that he wants to spearhead broader adoption?

Additionally, why only at The Boring Company, which is one of his least lucrative? Could this mean a rollout of broader crypto payment acceptance at Tesla and SpaceX soon?

Regardless, Elon is a thought leader. Though he's reckless at times, this is a huge win for the cryptocurrency community.
