I NEED ADVICE ON EOS

With my research it show that EOS is a great coin that someone can can depend on for the 2 to 3 years. But I am having another doubt in my mind about cryptocurrency in general because I have loose alot in the aspect of investing in other crypto.
The reason why I am posting this is because I want you guys to give me your own opinion because i want to invest in one crypto and I don't want the one that will wipe out half of my money, so i want the one that will be increasing either 0.5 or 1% per day.

My point is now that. can EOS give me what i need or dose it fluctuate with higher loss.
