Making fake qualification certificates is not quite a hard task in this technological era.
Distinguishing real certificates from fake ones may take a lot of unnecessary time and it may require experts in that field which means more cash has to be spent on the recruitment process.
The SpringRole system is designed to prevent fraudsters from accessing the platform.
One of the first and major hurdles is the identity requirement. KYC bodies or other identity bodies may be required to verify the information submitted by individuals who would want to put their resumes in the platform. Fraudsters like anonymity but SpringRole will not give them that luxury.

Furthermore, SpringRole will also use a skills endorsement set up which will help potential employers determine whether the qualifications listed can actually be performed by the applicant. Endorsements can be given by professionals or past employers. Individuals who get more endorsement are at a better chance of getting employment through the platform. Employers will trust in the positive reviews these endorsements signify.
Protection for both employers and employees
SpringRole will also protect the interests of the employees. Organizations wishing to use the SpringRole platform to conduct their recruitment will also have to register and be verified by the platform. This is to prevent any shortchanging by these organizations or any fraud from taking place in the platform. Fake employers are known to popup and swindle job seekers by asking them for money in exchange for an interview or to get shortlisted. SpringRole will maintain the level of ethics required in recruitment.
Some problems solved in the employment sector
SpringRole may be the key to raising the standards of employment around the world. There are qualified graduates who are unable to practice what they have learnt. SpringRole is designed to keep these types of graduates or job seekers low on skill endorsement points.
When applied correctly, SpringRole can create an employment system that is solely based on merit.

This sort of sounds like LinkedIn with verification built in and then the verification is stored on the blockchain. Does that sound about right?
Yes, SpringRole has the extra security of verification by its users. This has several benefits to all involved. By storing on blockchain the data is immutable and will be the ultimate arbitrator of any inquiries.
I think decentralized staffing will be beneficial for both parties, the employees and the employer. It is fair to applicants, and the employer gets the most suitable person for the job
