Evareium Blockchain Investment Tokens (“EVM”) are to be offered on the Ethereum platform and are founded in partnership with leading blockchain experts and advisors. EVM investors will be the direct beneficiaries of the cashflows and investment gains generated from the targeted portfolio to be acquired of already cash-generating real estate assets. In a first within the Initial Token/Coin Offering world, EVM is a token directly backed by tangible assets, and generating returns to investors upon acquisition of portfolio real assets.

When is the ITO?

The first official launch of the Evareium token sale through our online subscription dashboard started on 1st February, 2018. The ITO is across 3 phases until the end of April 2018, but is extendable. Whatever EVM we don’t sell at the end will be burnt.
