I have been used Google Cloud with paid account. But, it is also illegal. They suspended my account.

They have magic rule that can suspend your account.

Google Cloud Platform Terms of Service (Section 7.1)
Google may discontinue any Services or any portion or feature for any reason at any time without liability to Customer.

So please don't mining even if you are paid customer.
