5 Positive Pieces of Crypto News During these times of Uncertainty
The past week, the past day, and even the past month have been pretty ugly for crypto. There's no safe haven, everything is in the toilet and it seems like every day we get more negative news whether it's FUD about cryptocurrency bans, another credit card company blocking crypto purchases or talk of regulation by the SEC.
That said there's actually a heck of a lot of positive stuff going on in the crypto space that unfortunately is being overshadowed by all this FUD and negative news. Binance has been adding a ton of new awesome coins like NAV, Wabi, and Raiblocks/Nano among others. Bittrex announced they'll be dealing in fiat. Robinhood a more traditional marketplace for stocks and ETF's is going to be adding Bitcoin and Ethereum alongside more traditional investments. Coinbase is adopting Segwit which is not only great news that's long overdue, but it's something I wasn't expecting as the CEO had previously stated it wasn't a priority, and lastly the lightening network is looking to become a reality in the near future.
There's positive news and positive current events abound in the crypto space so wanted to make a video bringing some of this stuff to your attention. It's easier to stay positive and see light at the end of the tunnel when you hear about a lot of this positive stuff going on in the space as opposed to just hearing doom and gloom news from the mainstream media.

Yeah really exciting to see Steem at 26 spot on the marketcap. I think we should be a top 10 coin. We have a strong community, a ton of platforms running ie Steemit, Steepshot, DTube. Its kind of wierd a coin like Cardano is at spot 5 and Steemit is sitting at 25. I do think we'll see a shakeout of a lot of altcoins and I think quality projects with real communities and real world application will surge.
It's actually been said that Bitcoin won't crash. At least in the next 20 years to come. It's prices may keep fluctuating but it won't crash. With luck, people can sell their bitcoin at a time when the price for it is highest.
I totally agree with you, really one of two things can happen. Either Bitcoin crashes and goes away completely or it sticks around and recovers, maybe slowly but it will recover. I think the latter is more likely.
I think the biggest danger in crypto is the altcoin cleansing I think were going to see in the next months or years. A lot of these projects that have been popular but are not live are going to lose steem, a lot of projects that got hype but have no utility are going to go away. I think now more than ever its important to invest in quality longterm projects that actually make a difference in the world.
