I just got an e-mail in the form of a newsletter from the Pillar Project. It states that the pre-sale will happen sometime between 10 July and 14 July). There will be 40 million tokens available for the pre-sale.
The e-mail emphasizes not sending any ETC to any address yet. An e-mail from Project Pillar will be sent out to pre-sale participants with the ETC address when the pre-sale opens.

The e-mail also emphasizes to Beware of Scams on Twitter and various websites.

You must wait until one of the following:

Pre-sale email invite -- JSNIP4 said he would post a video when it comes out. In case I cannot post a link to his video on SteemIt, go to jsnip4's YouTube channel
