New malware replaces bitcoin address on your clipboard

Researchers of the MalwareHunterTeam discovered a new type of malware that changes your bitcoin-wallet address in your clipboard to the wallet of cyber criminals.

Evrial is the name of the Trojan that scans for btc wallet addresses on your clipboard of your Windows PC. Once detected, the malware is able to change the URL so the money ends up in the criminal's wallet. The researchers added that the malware is able to detect cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin, litecoin, WebMoney, Qiwi and Monero. The Trojan is said to be for sale on various Russian criminal internetforums.
