Fundamentals
Not so good news in few last days.
Ethereum hard fork Constantinople was delayed. There is not certain when the hard fork will occur in the future.
Crypto exchange Cryptopia was hacked, there was stolen about 20 000 ETH.
BAKKT platform is about to delay also because of the American shutdown. Bitcoin futures with real BTC is still the future, not the close present then. It can be delayed a few more months or even a year.
What might be a piece of good news, VanEck/SolidX Bitcoin ETF proposal should not be delayed and need to be decided in 1Q of 2019.
Bitcoin
Bitcoin lost 4,3 % in last week, now you can trade it for $ 3630.
The dominance of Bitcoin is 52,4 %, little decrease might signal, that some alts can rally a bit. Total market capitalization is $ 121 billion.
Altcoins
Zilliqa will start their mainnet on 31st January 2019. This is probably why saw yesterday a 14 % rally. With some correction, we can still expect some movements until support zone around 680 Satoshi. 20-day Moving Average is on 565 Satoshi, which could mean, that this might be a support for the next few days. I don't expect a movement under 500 Satoshi, this support should be strong.
The biggest gainers of today from TOP 100 altcoins Apollo Currency with 100 % rise! Followed by Augur with 25 % and Power Ledger with 20 %.
The loser of the day is Buggyra Coin Zero with 13,5 % fall and Aeternity with 12 % fall.
If you look at the crypto market in 7-day cycle, biggest moves were for Apollo Currency with 210 %, Augur with + 66 % and Power Ledger with + 39 5 % up. On the other hand, Litecoin dropped by 10 % last week, which might be a good opportunity for an entry, if you want to accumulate before Augusts Litecoin halvening! The Buggyra Coin Zero dropped 38 % in 7 days.
