Poloniex Trollbox Disabled
Poloniex Trollbox has been disabled by management so as to move moderators to assist in support. This could be as a result of several customers complaining bitterly of their support tickets not even acknowledged for up to a week.
This is one aspect of Poloniex I enjoy so much. You learn quite somethings by just being there and reading comments. Sometimes some stupid comments there can send u on a bout of laughter...
I just wonder why poloniex cannot employ more staffs to cater for increasing influx of customers. Every organization should be happy of growth.
Just employ more hands since you have more customers and thus making more money. Why is this so difficult for Poloniex to do? I need answers!

I've had a ticket waiting for a week so hopefully it will be sorted soon and I'm not waiting another week.
I hope it will help them sort out the backlog of tickets but I am not sure those mods are trained to give such support before now. They often say this when you raise some issue with them on the trollbox.
I'm glad I don't need the support service at the moment... My Sia coin wallet is already disabled for more then a week, but it is still possible to sell and transfer the BTC or other coins out of it... So that's what I did ;-)
I loved the trollbox :-( seems suspicious to me. I'm considering moving to another exchange.
