NetLeaders: Important Update
New Marketing Brand in the EcosystemAs of December 1st, the 2-year agreement for CL Singapore Pte. Ltd., a Singapore entity, to serve as the exclusive marketer of licenses within the Das ecosystem under the branding of “NetLeaders” has expired. A decision has made that this agreement with CL Singapore will not be renewed. Instead, an agreement has been reached with Corbilex Services Ltd., a Dubai company, to market product packages within the ecosystem under the new brand of “Excelz”.
An Invitation to NetLeaders Customers
Despite no longer offering licenses, CL Singapore will continue to operate and will continue to service and support its many customer accounts. Your NetLeaders account will remain active and can be accessed at any time. A separate agreement has been reached between Corbilex Services Ltd. and CL Singapore Pte. Ltd. As part of this agreement, NetLeaders customers who hold a license will be given the opportunity to opt in by agreeing to the Terms & Conditions of Excelz. By doing this, these NetLeaders license holders will receive the following benefits packages from Excelz at no additional cost:
If you hold a NetLeaders Standard License, you can receive: 6-month (Level 1) SmartTools subscription, reseller rights for one 3-year SmartToolsPRO (65%) subscription, reseller rights for one 3-year Traveler (65%) membership.
If you hold a NetLeaders Manager License, you can receive: 1-year (Level 2) SmartTools subscription, reseller rights for FIVE (5) 3-year SmartToolsPRO (65%) subscriptions, reseller rights for FIVE (5) 3-year Traveler (65%) memberships.
NetLeaders Pro License: 1-year (Level 3) SmartTools subscription, reseller rights for TWELVE (12) 5-year SmartToolsPRO (65%) subscriptions, reseller rights for TWELVE (12) 5-year Traveler (65%) memberships.
NetLeaders Executive License: 1-year (Level 3) SmartTools subscription, reseller rights for TWENTY-FIVE (25) 7-year SmartToolsPRO (65%) subscriptions, reseller rights for TWENTY-FIVE (25) 7-year Traveler (65%) memberships.
NetLeaders Vice-President License: 1-year (Level 3) SmartTools subscription, reseller rights for SIXTY-FIVE (65) 8-year SmartToolsPRO (65%) subscriptions, reseller rights for SIXTY-FIVE (65) 8-year Traveler (65%) memberships.
NetLeaders President License: 1-year (Level 3) SmartTools subscription, reseller rights for ONE HUNDRED (100) 10-year SmartToolsPRO (85%) subscriptions, reseller rights for ONE HUNDRED (100) 10-year Traveler (85%) memberships.
NetLeaders License holders can choose to opt in and receive these benefits at any time between December 7th 2018 and December 31, 2019. There is a limit to one opt-in benefits package per person or entity. If a person or entity holds more than one license, the benefits package received will be that associated with the highest-level license.
December-Only Limited-Time Offer
In addition, each NetLeaders customer holding a Manager license or higher, can receive a 1-year Traveler membership for personal use at no additional cost by opting in with Excelz no later than December 31st, 2018. This offer is limited to one Traveler membership per person or entity.
The Opportunity for NetLeaders Advocates
As part of the agreement with Excelz, NetLeaders Advocates will have the opportunity to participate in a similar referral-based sales program by opting in and agreeing to the Excelz Independent Business Consultant (IBC) agreement. The Excelz organization has agreed to honor the equivalent status and the volume accrued in the NetLeaders provided the Advocate opts in to the new program no later than December 31st, 2018. If the Advocate has multiple positions in the sales program, all of them can be activated through separate opt-in processes. However, the Excelz program will only allow a consultant to work one business unit at a time. Additional business units can be unlocked once certain volume requirements have been met.As part of its agreement with CL Singapore, the Excelz organization has reserved the right to deny any NetLeaders customer or advocate the ability to opt in to the new Excelz program without justification. Consequently, participation in Excelz and all associated benefits are extended to members of the NetLeaders community as an invitation and privilege, and not as a right or entitlement.
The Process of Opting-In to Excelz
Whether you are a NetLeaders customer or advocate (or both), it’s simple to opt-in to Excelz.
- STEP 1 - Excelz Website: Go to the Excelz.com website (starting on Friday, December 7th).
- STEP 2 - Log In: Log-in using your NetLeaders username and password. The Excelz system will then validate your NetLeaders member status.
- STEP 3 – Opt In: If your login credentials are accepted, you will be shown the relevant Excelz Terms & Conditions to review and agree to.
- STEP 4 - Back Office: After agreeing, you will be admitted into the Excelz back office where you can access additional information and functionality.
Dubai Reimbursement
Many of you have already received your reimbursement for travel and/or hotel from the Dubai Leadership Summit. If you have qualified for reimbursement but have not yet submitted your receipts, please submit those to [email protected]. To assist us with the accounting process, please be sure to get those reimbursement requests before Sunday, December 9.
