Rent Portal Cryptocurrency: Make Rent Cheaper!
The Rent Portal project is a decentralized app (dapp), which aims to create a cryptocurrency that reduces rent payments for everyone over time. The Rent Portal dapp is Apartment Management Software, which is already popular in the centralized world. Rent Portal will manage payments between landlords, renters, roomates, and utilities, accepting $RENT $ETH, $BTC, $LTC, USD and additional fiat currencies.
Token Distribution
There will be a $RENT token airdrop. The project has a date in mind of Saturday August 25th, 2018. However, crypto market conditions may postpone the airdrop.

Ongoing development of the app using Python, Django, and Solidity.

A token/coin based on the Stellar blockchain is being created and considered for the ideal transaction costs.
