Ugly day for cryptos with entire top 100 deep in red except Veritaseum, 12% in green at the moment of writing. Bitcoin dipped to $6700, Ethereum close to $500. Market cap as low as $250 bln.
Now, let's move to other stuff.
Bitnation, Liberland, Puertopia and other micronations are gaining independence via crypto. Many o fthem ran into similar problems; limitation of blockchain technology and resistance of national governments.
Ethereum's transparency may become an issue because of potential data exposure. Four projects are looking for solution. Ethereum creator Vitalik Buterin recently stated:
"I'm considerably more pro-privacy than I was a few years ago."
And one quickie..
EOS blockchain is to be launched. Candidates for validators voted "GO" to take the mainnet live.
