Overview:

Blockchain technology provided many advantages in the digital world like transparency, immutability and many others. HashNET:

HashNET will be governed by Tolar cryptocurrency. HashNET aims to solve all the problems of blockchain technology by using "redundancy reduced gossip" and "virtual voting" protocols. These protocols will solve the scalability issue faced by existing blockchain technology. HashNET does not need much computing resources which makes it environment friendly and cost efficient.

HashNET is much faster than the current blockchain as it does not require mining. HashNET uses Proof-of-Stake algorithm combined with masternodes to reach distributed consensus. By eliminating the mining process, it makes the system faster and also prevents the usage of large amount of energy which is required for mining.
The distributed algorithm gives more security and thus prevents hacking. On the other hand, users get transparency with the help of Proof-of-Stake and masternodes.

Reputation Based System:

The reputation system brings in more security to the system. The nodes built up positive reputation as they transfer correct information every time. The nodes who have a negative reputation are automatically banned from the network for certain period of time.
