One of the most overlooked issues out there. The issue is how to entice young people to contribute to their pensions. Most would rather enjoy their funds than deduct it for pension funds & programs.
Hey, @rainbowme ! thanks for meaning! In my country, people don't like contributions to the pension fund, because they believe that they won't survive until retirement. Our state is increasing the retirement age, therefore, people prefer to save money for old age, and not to share with the government. This is a fact!
