Mike’s weekend message to QUOINE community (May 26th, 2018)

Dear QUOINERS,

I hope you are having a wonderful weekend.

On May 22, 2010, programmer Laszlo Hanyecz spent 10,000 bitcoins on two Papa John’s pizzas worth around $25 delivered to his home in Jacksonville, Florida.
It is commemorated by cryptocurrency fans as the first time someone traded bitcoins for a real-world commodity…..and yes that is worth around USD75M today :)

Now to my weekly update.

1. Product Development

1.1. QUOINEX and QRYPTOS System Upgrade:

As you already know, we are currently working towards the merger of QRYPTOS and QUOINEX into one immersive platform: LIQUID by QUOINE.
In preparation for that, there are a number of upgrades and maintenance tasks we need to perform on our exchanges to ensure that we have everything in place for the big launch.
On May 22, we performed a major upgrade on QUOINEX and QRYPTOS.

1.2 Improved User Experience on QUOINEX

At QUOINE, we embrace Kaizen, the Japanese business philosophy of continuous improvement. This principle lies at the heart of everything we do, including the ongoing development of QUOINEX and QRYPTOS and the journey towards LIQUID by QUOINE.

1.3. ICO Mission Control
Our Initial Coin Offering (ICO) platform on QRYPTOS has been running smoothly.

  The Vuulr team has decided to increase the bonus for Phase 2 of the Vuulr ICO by 10%. Our product development team is putting together the final touches on our new LIQUID Private — a tool to help token issuers and buyers conduct larger transactions in a secure, confidential and compliant manner.

Listing process on QRYPTOS:
We have received many enquiries about our listing process from interested token issuers who want to list their tokens on our platforms.
